Over grown palm tree planted by owner of 47 Gladeview way dangerously close to my property 43 Gladeview way sf 94131. It’s tilled growing in massive rate to above and next my house and causing ground lifting base of my property too. Please give the notice to removal the palm tree to the owner. Thank you
