Ongoing violations with unlawful street curb advertising sign, unlawful Diverters advertising banners all of which violates the terms and conditions for a Merchandise Display on public sidewalk. When public officials allow businesses to violate the law - there is no law, no order, no Justice and no need to retain public officials as government employees.
