Tree Maintenance at 2642 36th Ave

Homeless people are making this a campsite , at times there is smoke coming from trees and I am afraid there will be a fire. Other people use this to use the bathroom and poop behind the dead bushes . Very disturbing and dangerous in an area . The tree needs to be removed or cleared up because , tree is overgrown !!!! we can’t see who is there and is causing theft and other things that are suspicious
