The sidewalk cleaning crew picks up trash and bundles them into bags but no one ever comes by to pick up the bags and the homeless people rummage through it and all the trash ends up back on the street. This is such an inefficient system. Please send over a dpw truck to pick up illegally dumped trash from outside this residence.
