This RV has been parked for almost 2 months they are progressively building a bigger and bigger encampment with so much garbage and junk all over the street Why are they not being towed? Cops came w guns a couple weeks ago and they're still allowed to stay? How much bigger do they have to build their encampment? There are safety and health issues here!
