Spin Scooter left locked to the edifice of private residence illegally. City of San Francisco does not have contract with Spin. Spin keeps locking these to our building despite promising they would stop. I called, they tried to claim it was put there by a user. Nope, their team woke us up loudly placing these here this am. Spin - zero effs given. Maybe the city could start fining them like they wouldn't hesitate to fine a private citizen if they left a vehicle on the sidewalk. Thanks!
