Extremely loud noises from the construction storage site located on Essex Street. This is city lane being leased by two companies as shown on the sign. Every morning they load their trucks up and drop these massive metal pipes into the back of a truck making sounds greater than 100 decibels at the lot line. From 50 feet away this noise shakes the building I live in. Video is available of this issue.
