Noise Issue at 488 Beale St Rincon Hill

The gate beeps every morning starting at 4AM. It continues all morning. The gate beeps every time it opens and it is WAY OVER the noise limit. The nearby apartments can hear this every day and it is unbearable. They need to turn off the beep. Can you please help?
