The entire fencing is being torn apart by either rats, or humans that have no consideration for our public expenses. Please repair and someone's also apparently killing all the shrubbery by pissing on everything and whatever else they're putting on them, it would be helpful to get that cleaned up so our neighborhood doesn't look like it smell like piss and shit.
