These signs have been stapled to almost every pole along 24th St from Diamond to Church, apparently by the Rec and Parks department for an event at the Noe Valley Town Square. For some reason, the guys in all sorts of City Departments - such as Rec and Park, the Office of Economic and Workforce Development, the SFPD and the SDFD - are blissfully ignorant of the fact that stapling notices to poles is not allowed. Why should the rest of us obey the rules when City departments do not?????
