Flooding, Sewer & Water Leak Issues at Vicente St & Great Hwy Outer Sunset Sf

Someone tore off the manhole cover on the Vicente Outflow on Ocean Beach and left it wide open. Someone could fall in it and get very hurt. Please close it it up. Best would be to put the plate and lock like the other manhole cover on the Vicente Outflow.
