Blocked Pedestrian Walkway at 425 El Camino Del Mar Sea Cliff

The tree in the photo is blocking view of pedestrians walking on the sidewalk. When cars come out of the alley (on right), drivers cannot see down the sidewalk. I just about hit a pedestrian an hour ago -- very close! The tree needs to be raised to allow visual clearance.
