Damaged Public Property at 3rd St Sf San Francisco County

The K/T Muni station on 3rd Street / 23rd Street has been damaged (see picture). A car crashed into it; not surprising as I’ve seen cars speed down this street. Most alarming, this COULD HAVE KILLED anyone who is boarding/unboarding the Muni train or standing on this Muni platform just waiting to cross the street. Please repair the damaged metal railing, and consider improving this platform to protect pedestrians (taller curb, raised platform, traffic signs, etc). Thank you in advance.
