Next to bus stop 50 on Lake Merced Blvd, there is an area that could be opened up for public access. i am happy to do the work of clearing the brush that blocks access. This area is a hotspot for litter - opening this up makes it easier for me(a litter picker) to access and maintain. Also, this is a favorite spot of heroin users and homeless. My hope is that opening this up makes the location less desirable location for those folks.
