I wanted to bring your attention the continuous violation of parks and Rec laws on Jose Coronado Playground and the very disturbing attitude of the Park Rangers (Rod who answered the phone). On Fed 3rd I called and reported drinking at Jose Coronado Playground. I took a photograph because more often than not the Rangers will claim that there was no drinking.
