Difficult to appreciate from the attached photo, but the lighting for Jose Coronado (21st/Shotwell) tennis and basketball courts is too dim to see balls after sunset. My contrast, the soccer court portion of the same park is properly lit. Not only is the lighting equipment different, but there are double the amount of lamps.
