Due to a water main break on the 800 block of Alvarado Street on February 6th, a lot of mud and dirt was pushed out of the ground and down the street to the Alvarado/Douglass intersection. This has caused the storm drain at the northwest corner of the intersection to be blocked down inside the catch basin, with water immediately ponding even after minor rain.
