The tree at 2503 Cabrillo st was assessed by urban forestry two weeks ago. They said the tree has a bacterial and fungus and dying. Dpw was out here today to trim the other tree at my corner and said the tree is dead. And has a high probability to be uprooted and topple over. I want the tree removed before it falls on a car or a person. I want the spot to be closed up once the tree is removed to avoid people from dumping. The trees on both spots have caused side walk lift. I want repair
