Just a reminder that if you own a portable basketball hoop, it is not allowed to be stored in the street or sidewalk area (public right of way) as it would be considered an illegal Encroachment. Point (d) of Section 70-6. - Street and Sidewalk Obstuctions says that "If a portable basketball hoop is placed in a public street with no end, then the city has the right to remove it. A 10-day notie will be given to the owner to remove the hoop on his own."
