Local Kitchen has improperly applied for a second shared space using their upstairs co-tenant Cocoon Urban Day Spa's name without their consent. The two parklets have 3 ft wide emergency gaps that are locked 24/7. Both parklets are closed off for use to the public at all times. The parklet on 1st Street does not have a 3-ft setback to the end of a marked parking space. The end of the parklet is not delineated with posts/wheel stop. Electrical wiring obstructs the sidewalk.
