Blocked Pedestrian Walkway at 1300 25th St

The same RV and bus have been parked on Iowa and 25th st for over 2 months now. I have called repeatedly, talked with 311 and SFPD. Nothing has changed. Just more trash and traffic blocking the sidewalk, dog poop over the neighborhood, car break ins and shady people around. There are clear street cleaning, no large vehicle parking, and 2 hour parking but nothing is being enforced. Please help!!
