Flooding, Sewer & Water Leak Issues at 3346 Taraval St

When I take a shower or use water in my apartment, the water drains to a sink in the garage. It's starting to smell really bad. My landlord will not respond to my email or text. I sent him pictures, but he refuses to fix the plumbing problem. I also found 2 dead rats in the clogged up sink.
