Plumbing emergency was required to remove debris (umbrella) and hydro Jetting to unclog after City crew started working on sidewalk leaving drain vent exposed. I want to file a claim because the vent pipe was not secured and thus allowed someone to compromise our drain line. The cost of the plumbing service was $1,467.60
