Curb & Sidewalk Issues at 140 Locksley Ave

The trunk of the tree in front of 144 Locksley, with SFBUF Tree ID 266843 has been previously cut by the City and a portion of the tree still remains. The tree had lifted and cracked the sidewalk and the surrounding sidewalk. People have been tripping and there are Electric and Gas services in the sidewalk, if the sidewalk is not repaired it will continue to be a life safety as these utilities may have a potential to go out of service. Please repair cracked & effected sidewalk per Proposition E
