A gentleman has been loitering outside PO plus for the past few weeks. He was previously trespassing on my stoop which is next door. He has begun harassing me when he sees me leave my house ever since I asked him to vacate. Tonight he is in black shorts and black t shirt. Bald man. Sometimes has a small dog. Sometimes with a friend being loud and disruptive. Attaching the only photo I have from a few days ago. Sometimes he hangs a tarp over the entrance to block himself from street view.
