Our home insurance requires that the curb be repaired in order to reinstate. These are their notes below for cancelling. We noted damaged curbs. The curb has cracks pictured below have compromised the integrity of the entire slab. Hire a licensed and insured contractor to replace the compromised curb and return curb to a smooth and level condition with a broom finish. If the area damaged is not the insured's responsibility, please notify the responsible party to have all curb deficiencies repair
