Urgent tree appears on verge of collapse onto pedestrian sidewalk and house!!!! Trunk is split on both sides and appears to be getting worse. Also why don't you have "damaged tree" as one of the options on your drop down menu????????? I find this disturbing as it will impact the statistics you collect on tree issues!!!
