From approximately 12:00AM to 1:00 AM there was construction work being performed on the cable car line at the corner of Hyde and Sacramento. While I understand the cable car line keeps running into the evening, is there really no way to perform the work earlier in the day? The work required loud power tools and generators. Furthermore loud music was being played by the 3 workers which made it worse.
