Abandoned Vehicles at 2424 Pine St

2 Cars have been here for over 2 weeks. Appear to be lived in. The smaller car (Toyota Carolla) will move from time to time but alwasy comes back to same spot. The larger Van (Dodge Caravan) has a pit bull and 2 people living in it and doesn't move. There is garbage, feces, urine, and other waste thrown from windows regularly and causing a public health concern to the neighborhood. This is an insult to our entire city and specicially this neighborhood of hard working, tax paying citizens.
