A tree outside 1495 14th Ave has dropped large limbs on parked cars twice in past months. There is now smaller branch hanging from the tree, and other obviously dead or diseased parts. Power lines run through the tree canopy. Please inspect and remove tree if it is likely to drop other large limbs and impact the power lines.
