Address is 222 Sadowa Street. White Toyota MR2, Missing Bumper, No License Plate on Front or Back, and No Visible VIN. Features anime stickers on driver rear windows. Owner states it is not registered. We have requested to cover this vehicle up because its an eyesore but the owner refuses. Vehicle is partially blocking one of the driveway parking spots as well. Ideally a citation may prompt the owner to do something about the illegal vehicle.
