Flooding, Sewer & Water Leak Issues at 952 954 Minnesota St

After drain backups @ 952-954 Minnesota St., a plumber found that the house trap was cracked & tree roots were growing into it. On April 17 2024 the house trap was replaced. During that work, the plumbers snaked a camera through the lateral from the house trap to the main sewer line and found that roots are growing into the city's section of the lateral pipe as well. They trimmed & flushed out these roots, but the city needs to replace this section of the lateral.
