Encampment at 570 Jessie St

Homeless people keep setting up and taking down tents, only to bring them back from somewhere else. Please, come and take the tents away. It's so dangerous and scary with them intoxicated on drugs every day. Their noise and foul smell seep into the apartment, making it impossible to open the windows. Please help us.
