Although EVERY flyer in this image is illegally posted with "adhesive material", the flyer on the top far exceeds the maximum size. It also may be more than ten feet above the ground. Castro Street looks like a ghetto with illegal flyers on everything possible, and many illegal locations as well. There is no pride of place, just free advertising and unnecessary additions to San Francisco's carbon footprint with paper that is not easily recyclable.
