Noise Issue at 1035 Folsom St

The hotdog vendor have boombox and playing loud music at midnight from 10 pm to 3 am. Consistent on Friday, Saturday and Sunday nights. This is happening for a while now. We've been calling non emergency police as well to report this problem. We received a lot of complains from our tenant regarding the noise from the hotdog vendor boombox
