Plumber thought tree was HOA but this is a city-owned tree. Roots cause broken sewer lines twice, last bill was $1,423. Tree needs removal as will happen again. Tree blocks approaching people from view to my front door, this is a safety concern. I have documents like the paid bill and assessment from City plumber if you want them.
