large newer model SUV owner has using our porch to fix his vehicle for over four days no plate visible of front or rear of vehicle another vehicle (a four-door VW) also sets behind it which presumbly belongs to owner (curently sitting in the bus' spot. Lic 8ARD053 both vehicle are also parked on the red also someone broke the city's meter at that spot and now all of the homeless use it for free (all day and all night) parking
