I hereby demand that this libelous slander on the parklet in front of 791 Valencia be removed immediately. I’m submitting this for my dear friend Manny Yuketiel. Publicly accusing Manny, a law-abiding private citizen and business owner, of corruption—a serious felonious act—is the textbook definition of libel. Yes, Manny is a polarizing figure but he is not a criminal. Re: Tumlin and Eaken, they are city employees who do not hold elected office, and neither has ever faced charges of corruption.
