This encampment has been located near business 2 weeks. Latin female with 2 dogs. The women is drug using and selling. She is also neglecting and abusing her dogs. 1 of the dogs was killed on 4/28 from neglect. There is still one dog left which is traumatizing and worrisome to watch, especially when this individual is intoxicated. She denied resource help from HOT over 4 times over the past 2 weeks. This is an extremely non safe, waiting to explode. Not safe please handle also get animal control
