Latin women in her 30s -encampment for over 2 weeks near business. Heavily drug use and drug selling. Dog neglect and abuse. 1 of 2 of her dog was killed on 4/28 from neglect. brown yorkie dog is still located outside and being abused. Situation is not safe and will keep escalating if nothing is done. Women has denied resources over 4 times. Please help the dog and situation.
