Blocked Pedestrian Walkway at 1600 19th Ave

On the morning of 5/2/2024, a few "tow away no parking" signs were placed at the corners (middle of the tight sidewalk) of Lawton and 19th Avenue. The signs have very limited information only including the time and date of no parking, it does not have the agency/company name nor phone number on any of the tow away signs which makes its concerning if these signs are legitimately placed or not. If these are not legitimate, please have these signs removed as soon as possible. Thank you.
