Pothole & Street Issues at 31 Pixley St San Francisco

From corner of Pixley @ Buchanan, 75' into Pixley, 1' out from the left curb failed patch work from last year is sinking again. It's cracking from the street towards my house. I now have cracks on my sidewalk, and you can see a drop where the crack is that's directly coming from whatever issues existed from your streets that's washing away the dirt below foundations and sidewalks. Your lack of proper street maintenence is starting to cause damage to private property. Let's fix it before it gets expensive. Thank you.
