Dolores park median camp has swollen to about 20 party campers. It's a few weeks of visible drug use (smoking glass pipes) in full view of families in the park, also hacking several PG&E power points from lap posts and utility covers, leaving piles of junk in the street (moving 10 feet across the road to avoid park rangers or city clean up crews), and using the neighborhood as a public toilet. This doesn't count the broken car windows and stolen packages. Help, this is out of control and no one seems able to do anything.
