Noise Issue at Intersection Of 1st St & Folsom St
Balfour Beatty Construction and Webcor Construction started work before 6 am making lots of noise waking us up. They continue to work hours that they are not permitted please have police drive by at 5 am or 6 am everyday and warn them not to start before 7 am and to make sure they stop a 8pm. This is disruptive and torture that goes on everyday almost. I keep contacting you them , and our officials but Webcor and Balfour Beatty ignore the City's ordinances. Please help this has to stop!
