The most recent 311 response indicates incorrectly that this bin is the responsibility of Mission Bay Maintenance Association. It is not. Also, 311 continues to prematurely "close " this case. The case is not closed until the bin has been emptied.

| Wed May 24, 2017 05:24pm | Closed with status: Case Closed. Case Resolved. This can was personally dumped by me as a courtesy with the help of the custodian at the police department. If you notice all the other cans on the opposite corners are empty that were not dumped by Recology. This can was full of water thus the reason why the responsible party probably wasn't dumping it. It is now empty and it should be serviced just like the others by whoever services them. In addition I have a photoof the now empty can that was taken hours before this latest 311. Thanks. |
