Damaged Public Property at Intersection Of Rivera St & Sunset Blvd

Weed infested median landscaping. The inner sunset thoroughfare has been so improved by the drought tolerant landscaping, but now it appears the updated landscaping had been abandoned. Who is responsible for maintaining all the new landscaping that is being added? It seems a waste of funds and energy if these areas are not going to be maintained.
