Blocked Pedestrian Walkway at 2450 California St

Many spaces in public parking lot unusable due to overgrown bramble with thorns covering meters and spaces. Ongoing problem, recurrent and getting worse every year. Need permanent solution to this encroaching vegetation. I have reported this several times in the past years. Thank you.
