Sidewalk broken so that concrete is projecting about 1.5 inches above sidewalk, creating a tripping hazard. This is along Lake Merced Boulevard, next to the northbound-side of traffic, about 100 feet south of Middlefield Drive. This is on the same side of the Boulevard as the fence for Lakeshore Elementary School.
