Flooding, Sewer & Water Leak Issues at 393 Cumberland St Dolores Heights

The sewer line in front of our house if overflowing with visible toilet paper remains in the street. Very much appreciate any help you can send, especially since its a weekend. Note: this address is at the very end of Cumberland street, at the top of the chairs, but not on Noe.
Nature of Request: Sewage back up - 4 inch sewer vent
