Noise Issue at 1353 Bush St

The business at 1353 bush streets (Music City) has installed a large exhaust type fan without any insulation and only boards surrounding it, in the back of the building at Fern alley between Polk and Larkin. The fan is on 24x7 since this past week. The noise is unbearable and we are unable to open our windows due to it.
